The project is built from bare brick and exposed concrete, with shaded walkways between the houses and light that shifts across the walls through the day.
Each villa is two storeys joined by a black spiral stair. Downstairs the living room opens onto a courtyard with a private plunge pool and sun loungers; upstairs the bedroom looks over the garden.
The shared area has a long infinity pool with loungers, a bar and a half-outdoor dining terrace — used for breakfast, or for a small party.
